What are the shipping rates of Shops United?
Our rates can be found in the shipping system via the Financial > Rates menu. Or check our website for the rates and scales https://shops-united.nl/tarieven/.
Rates for Brenger, DSV, FedEx Cross Border, UPS or DHL Express are not listed in your online rate card. Given that these are many different destinations and the rates also depend on the weights. Go to new shipment, fill in all the fields and the shipping system will immediately calculate a price when you create the shipment. The system immediately takes into account any fuel surcharge and any other surcharges.
Can I send the Track & Trace code via email?
The shipping system of Shops United provides the ability to send email notifications with tracking information to your customers at no charge. This happens when a shipment becomes trackable on the carrier’s website. The e-mail notification can be personalized and links the receiving party to the official tracking page of the carrier.
Go to email notification via the settings menu in the Shops United dashboard to configure all settings related to the Track & Trace email.
Can I print the shipping labels from WooCommerce?
Yes, you can both generate and print the shipping labels of orders from the WooCommerce bulk actions for all orders you wish to ship.
Can I send the track & trace to my customer?
One the order is shipped by vidaXL you will receive the track & trace of the shipment. In this way you can inform your customer about the status of the order. The track & trace will be shown within the particular WooCommerce order as a Custom Field, with that you can add the field to an e-mail template and inform your customer.
Can I configure a default shipping carrier?
This is possible via the Shops United dashboard menu settings > default shipping method. Choose a standard carrier and shipping method.
You can also set your default sender on this page. Click on customize at sender, adjust your data and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
