At Woosa, we’re on a mission to help everyone in the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem grow, and stay free while doing it. We believe in open source, and we’re determined to move past the prejudices that have held the platform back.
In November 2017, Jessica Risch and Cosmin Schiopu teamed up with a simple idea: build WooCommerce plugins that take real work off entrepreneurs’ shoulders.
After more than a year of building and refining, our first plugins launched in March 2019: a bol.com integration for marketplace sellers, a vidaXL integration for dropshipping, and a Teamleader integration for CRM. They earned our very first monthly recurring revenue, small numbers that meant everything. People were willing to pay for what we’d made.
The goal has stayed the same ever since: unburden e-commerce entrepreneurs so they can focus on building their business while we handle the technical hurdles. That mission has since grown beyond plugins, into support, payments, and a whole community, but it still starts where it began: two people who believed WooCommerce deserved better tools.
Starting a store should never be a barrier. We make WooCommerce easy and affordable for every owner.
