Customer Success Manager

Complex customer cases and creating happy faces is your passion. You are the link between our (end) customers and our technical support team with the aim of realizing the ultimate customer experience. Together with our team of 12 employees, Woosa has grown into the WordPress and WooCommerce plugin provider in Europe! We are proud to work with suppliers such as, Zalando, VidaXL and our Trustpilot score of 4.6 is proof of our focus on the ultimate customer service.

What do you do in a day?

As a Customer Success Manager you are continuously involved in supervising implementations, calling trial periods, cancellations and customers and optimizing our customer journey.

Customer contact is your second nature and you get energy from positive conversations and video calls. You are there for our customers, even if that sometimes sparks some internal discussion. You are strong enough to make decisions and come up with creative ideas.

Finally, your passion for sales, an upsell or a customer who stays thrives your motivation!

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least 2 years experience as an Account Manager or a similar role;
  • You are entrepreneurial, convincing, enthusiastic and creative;
  • You have experience with CRM systems;
  • You are proactive and think along with the customer;
  • You have knowledge of WordPress and the WordPress landscape;
  • You have HBO work and thinking level;
  • You work in a structured way and you take the lead in projects;
  • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • You work well in a team;
  • You are available 32-40 hours a week;
  • You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality.
