Helping customers to set up and create happy faces is your passion. As a Customer Success Manager, you are the first person our customers talk to. Because of this, you are the link between our (end) customers and our Technical Support team to realize the ultimate customer experience. Together with our team of 12 employees, Woosa has grown into one of the most prominent WordPress and WooCommerce plugin providers in Europe! We are proud to work with suppliers such as Bol.com, eBay and vidaXL and our Trustpilot score of 4.6 is proof of our focus on the ultimate customer service.

Welcome to the frontline of Customer Support, where innovation meets excellent service! Are you ready to hop on an exciting journey as a Customer Success Manager? You’ll be the guiding voice to our customers, their listening ear and brilliant mind to ensure that every interaction is exceptional.

Your mission will be to enchant our users with your empathetic nature and technical knowledge. As the first point of contact for our customers, you answer questions, overcome challenges and educate our customers about the functionalities of our plugins.

You will ensure that our customers do not stand still with their business for a moment and can take the next step. Your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service, which not only builds trust but also has a long-lasting impact on each customer’s experience.

Finally, your passion for sales, an upsell, or a customer who stays thrives your motivation!

Your responsibilities 🫵

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
 

Your superpowers 🦸‍♂️

  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • You are empathic and think along with the customer;
  • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • You can multitask like a pro;
  • You have a high level of patience when handling difficult customer cases.
 

Bonus skills ⭐️

  • You have experience as a Customer Success Executive or a similar role;
  • You are familiar with e-commerce, dropshipping and software development;
  • You have experience with help desk software and remote support tools;
  • You understand the basics of WordPress.
