Once Van der Meer ships the order you will receive the track & trace of the shipment. This way, you can inform your customer about the order’s status. The Track & Trace will be shown within the particular WooCommerce order as a Custom Field, with that you can add the field to an e-mail template and inform your customer.

Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over de service. Er lijken af en toe wat kinderfoutjes in de plugin van Van der Meer te zitten maar dit wordt opgepakt en correct afgehandeld. De plugin mag wat mij betreft uitgebreid worden met de gevraagde functies. Maar ik snap dat daar tijd voor nodig is. Al met al tevreden maar er zijn nog wat verbeterpuntjes aan de plugin. En gezien het maandbedrag van de plugin mag je verwachten dat dit snel opgepakt gaat worden.
Onlangs een probleem gemeld dat mijn VAN DER MEER plugin ineens niet meer actief was. De afhandeling verliep in eerste instantie een beetje stroef maar uiteindelijk is het probleem met de plug-in zeer professioneel opgelost. Ik ben uiterst tevreden met de afhandeling. Bedankt!!
