As an AI & Operations Specialist at Woosa, you automate and optimize our internal processes using AI-driven workflows. Your goal is to make our operations faster, more efficient and scalable. You also regularly work alongside our Customer Support team to identify bottlenecks and translate them into smart workflows that solve problems structurally. You don’t just work in the operation, you transform it.

What will you do on a daily basis?

In this role, you are at the center of the company. You work closely with our Customer Support and Development teams. Everything you build has direct impact.

  • You join Customer Support and see exactly where things break down
  • You identify patterns, inefficiencies and recurring questions
  • You build smart workflows and automations using AI
  • You make processes faster, tighter and scalable
  • You continuously test, improve and optimize

Who are you?

You are someone who thinks in automation and solutions. You are passionate about making processes more efficient and optimized. You don’t need to be a hardcore developer, but you must understand how to make things smarter.

  • You enjoy building and improving
  • You understand how processes work
  • You have experience with AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI
  • You have experience with low-code platforms like Make or n8n
  • You are eager to learn and work independently
  • You are not afraid to dive into operations yourself
  • If you don’t know something, you figure it out completely.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
