What can I do during the 14-day free trial period?
During the 14-day free trial period you will receive complete functionality and support you normally would get at Woosa. This means regular updates and unlimited support via phone and email.
Which plan suits my business best?
The plans of Woosa are divided by 2 things:
- Amount of webshops / domains;
- Amount of plugins you would like to use.
For example: you want to use our vidaXL Dropshipping plugin and bol.com WooCommerce plugin on 1 webshop/domain. You will need to choose our Growth plan, to be able to use 2 plugins.
Another example: you want to use our BigBuy WooCommerce plugin on 5 webshops/domains. You will need to choose our Enterprise plan to be able to activate that 1 plugin on 5 webshops/domains.
Will my trial period be extended automatically?
Yes, when you start your free trial period we ask you to pay €0,10 for verification purposes. If you didn’t cancel your subscription in those 14 days, we’ll charge you automatically on the 15th day after starting your trial period.
In this way there is no risk of losing any product or order data, configured during the free trial period.
What does unlimited support mean?
Unlimited support means we will help you with setting up the plugin, answering questions and solving potential issues related to one of our plugins.
You can reach Woosa from Monday to Friday during 08:30 – 17:00 AMS time.
Can I choose all plugins offered by Woosa?
Yes, depending on the plan you have chosen you can select 1 or more plugins to download, install and use.
You can select the plugins after you’ve started your 14-Day Free trial period in your Woosa account.
How can I cancel my trial period or subscription?
You can cancel your free trial period or subscription via our cancellation form. One of our Customer Success Managers will handle and process your cancellation.
As long as you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel each month. If you have chosen an annual subscription, you can cancel each year.
